HELP! I want to use a zombie mod for oblivion but it says I require OBSE 1.14, first of all, what the heck is OBSE? Second, where can I download it? I'm getting really frustrated

It's the abbreviation for Oblivion Script Extender. It's used to allow mods to alter the game in ways that can not be done normally. Here's the download page: http://obse.silverlock.org/
It's okay to use a higher version than the mod requires. OBSE is not a mod so read the instructions carefully.

i second the last bit of what Woogiemonster says some people don't read the instructions and therefore get something wrong its also a idea to keep your OBSE updated as well it makes life easier best of luck putting on OBSE

Alright thanks, I thought OBSE was some kind of patch for Oblivion or something

Maybe now my game wont kick me out when I get near a mod now

One last question: If it asks for version 1.14 is 0.0.15.4 ok?

no its a lower version you need 1.14 like it asks or higher

If you mean 28 Days and a bit, I'm pretty sure 1.14 is inaccurate, considering v0015 is the newest version.
