Hi i am looking for some guys who might be wanting to build a mod out of an idea of mine i would build it my self but modding is just to much for me to understand by my self . Any way my mod idea comes from the thought of all the underground layers. im thinking more like a complete underground city like something big enough to get lost in complete with everything. I know it will be alot of work but we have a lot of great minds on here and i think some one could do an awsome job. as far as i know there is not one complete underground city to oblivion and i think if someone could do one it would enhance the game a bit with out taking out the original idea to the game like adding things that dont make since for oblivion. If there is any one up to the task let me know. I think it could be a really great mod idea. kind of like in return of the king the city of the dead an idea similar to that.
