I've seen a number of them and was wondering, at this time what is the best mod that will allow you to revert back to yourself after curing yourself from vampirism?

You need to be a bit more specific there. What are you looking for?

Currently:

I become a vampire;
I turn ugly;
I cure myself;
I am still ugly, just now it's a different ugly.

What I'm Looking For:

I become a vampire;
I may or may not become ugly, doen't matter as long as I get fangs and wacked out eyes;
I cure myself;
I revert right back to the exact way I was before I became a vampire.

Supposedly Vampireless Vampirism does this (I haven't used it.) Also, I think there are a few Vampire Overhaul Mods that do this. Check C-D-M's Darkness Everlasting mod (on Planet Elder Scrolls.) I think this gives a toggle ability, as well as many other wonderfull things
