Full Version: What do I need to plugin for MMM, OOO, and WarCry

Hi. First of all, thank you to any who read this and help, or try to.

I want to have only the 3 in the title without FCOM and Fran's. No, I don't have some bias against those 2, it's just to use the load orders I've found online, I'd have to download huge files for them and I simply don't have the bandwith. I'm on dialup using copper wires older than time. Downloading for me moves at the speed of erosion.

MMM, OOO, and WarCry are all the latest versions, however. I had a friend download them for me, but I don't feel like asking him for more favors as I've already begged enough. Besides, without FCOM and Francesco's, I'll have enough room for great quest and dungeon and armor/weapon mods that I've already got in the tons.

What I would like is to plug OOO into MMM and WarCry, which are already running on my current game. What do I need to add in terms of plugins from OOO and MMM to have them work. Do I check OOO-MMM esp or MMM-OOO for both? And what would be the correct loading order for all 3?

Bear in mind, I've a high dollar computer even though my dialup is in the dark ages(I'm still trying to download 'fire" with 'the wheel' in the queue), and I've NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER disconnecting the buggy as hell Shivering Isles.

As to the instances where the creatures of these mods fight each other at times, that doesn't matter to me. It's actually pretty natural if you think about it. What I do have a problem with is play testing it til I get it right. Why? Because I tried earlier and got a screen that made me physically ill to look at. I'm serious.

If it can't be done, I'll use Cobl, but I've used it before and want something different. COBL will not work with OOO, that much I know.

I've Wrye Bash, OBMM, OBSE, etc.

This is my first attempt to combine them all. I tried to copy it, when I had the mods, from a list I got off the FCOM site on the wiki. It sometimes freezes at the bethesda logo, or gets to load screen and freezes or crashes. I've got to be doing something wrong, but I've no idea what. Bear in mind, I can't see too well so things miss my attention after staring for too long. Is it a version or a load order problem?

There's the FCOMHelper to the rescue (for me, I'm only a simple-minded kid)

FCOM loader did help out, but I still have problems with OOO. Oh well, I tried hooking up Francesco's and...no problems whatsoever. So I'm going with MMM, Warcry, FRan's and whatever else I can plug in. Thanks for the help.

I'd still appreciate if someone knew why OOO just won't go into the mix, even with FCOM.

Well, OOO changes almost everything in the gameworld. MMM is mostly on monsters, Fran's is mostly on new items, creatures and loot lists.

It's kind of funny what occurs when I've tried with OOO into the mix. the gameworld turns to water and everyone around me all land at the same time with a splash. The terrain and everything is above my head.

Then it's not OOO which is causing the problems... I think. OOO doesn't make any landscape changes.

BTW I noticed something. MOBS is in your load order, when OOO I think already integrates MOBS with it.

hmmm. I didn't know that. Would you know if it's also incorporated into Francesco's?

Good to see you've dicovered FCOMhelper it's a wonderfull utility, please see my recent post for installing a full up FCOM setup please note the guide is very unfinished but I contains links to all the files you need and the initial setup instructions. TOPIC LINK

I would like to see this load order, and of course copy it for my own use.

I hate to use this for another question, but do DEJ flora and 100% harvest chance cancel one another? I've both installed and the 100% works, but the DEJ flora doesn't.
