Yo guys. Please someone help?

I searched everywhere, can someone help me find this mod:

It looks so cool and I so want it for my Vampire character .

I think that's Polymorph Self. Of couse, there's no guarantee that that mod in particular is actually released, with a name like "Testing my polymorph spell".

Oh. Well it dosent seem to be in progress like the author says, sure if you look at the date . Kinda long ago. Aww well .
