i used tes sc to make some mmods they didnt work but now i cant remove them they arent in data but when i go to the data tab on the game they are there can some one PLZ help me

I'm not a modder, and I don't know the first thing about the construction set, but what you said kinda sounds like you added the .esp to the data folder, but forgot to place the rest of of the mod files.

Have you actually deleted the ESP files from Oblivion\Data folder ? This is necessary and sufficient to make them disappear from the "Data files" window of Oblivion Launcher.

Deleted them in the cs will also work!
