can any help i dont no how to make a mod. i need a simple anser because im a newbie plz help!

That really depends on what you want to do, but a huge list of tutorials for the CS can be found here. I particularly like A Beginner's Guide for a primer.

What did you extract the .dds files with? Where did you extract them to?

It's probably not what's causing the problem, but you might want to extract them somewhere else for ease of editing and finding modded items...

What program are you extracting them with?

just open the texturs bsa and it say extract all so i did

It says that, but you need a specific program to unpack BSAs. BSA Commander is the most popular one, I think.

Well, you might glean some information from that thread since you are new to DDS files. \

I also use BSA Commander...well, "used" it. After I used it to extract all the BSA files to a temporary location, I simply do not need any anymore unless I need to extract a BSA file that a fan-made mod created.
