Here is a war hammer model created by Tippy. His permissions allow anyone to use this as long as it is not sold and he is credited.
So here it is, up for grabs. I converted it into Blender format.
It is a little under 2,000 verts.
It has a single wood-grain texture and I would recommend re-doing the UV maps.
