Yes it's fine. This happens to me sometimes. Nothing sounds good to me so I just decide not to eat.

I have a couple of questions...
1) is it pretty hot in your house?
&
2) are you drinking more than usual?
you could be filling up on water giving you a "full" feeling.
I mention these because they have happened to me recently.

I understand the feeling. Sometimes I get REALLY hungry and go look for something to eat. If I don't find something I feel like eating I wait a few hours till my mom makes something to eat. You should hear my stomach growl sometimes!

I would think this thread provocative if myself wasn't someway in the same boat.
The body can't stand quantity of food, not even variety yet it will aways help, it seems to be driven by specifics necessities.
First you shall consult a doctor but in the meanwhile you can aways try to find the food you are wanting in the moment. Yes, what you were wishing yesterday doesn't attract you today but some other thing, most of time completely unrelated does, go for it.
If you can find the food you'll eat tastefully you are even better the ones that eat too much and keep eating the same all the time.
