When i try to load my save games i get the error

Missing object "Slauchterfish_Small0000011B" for
Reference during cell "West Gash Region" load.

Could be a mod that edited some file out or changed the name.

If you installed any mods after you saved those games, disable them and try again.

Also, you may have accidently deleted something or changed a text file, so if that doesn't work, you may want to consider a clean install.

i disabled all plugins, i still get error and i can load older games but not the two newest ones

Were there any plugins that were installed when you saved but not now?

Also, it's possible the game glitched and corrupted them.

It is probable that a mod active when you saved those games did something bad. I would try re-installing morrowind over your current install. Hopefully it is a case of a file or marker to a file being deleted, and the re-install will put it back.
