To add all spells i don't know (i only know the normal player-> addspell "spellId" ) but to kill it's simple

open the console command, click in the NPc or creature then write Sethealth 0

The command to add all spells in game is: psb - (be careful since some spells you receive aren't meant to be used by the player or just can't be used in normal ways).
To kill: kill actor - just be aware "kill player" don't means the player is to be killed, the actor is the one responsible for the kill (for effects of infamy and bounty etc) and be aware too this command needs a target, so you need to click the unhappy NPC/creature you want to murder. Finally, essential NPCs will not die, not even with this command.

Thanks for the info, I'll have to try it when I get a chance biggrin.gif thanks.gif but I tried the "psb" to add all spells, aand it worked in OBLIVION but not in morrowind. the only mods i use are the Tribunal, bloodmoon and the night elf race one. would that have an effect on the console comand? Jeez I sound like a noob.
