is it possable to have a dif body mesh for each race in Oblivion?..

all i can find in the CS is how to change the Textures.

Unlike Morrowind, this game doesn't allow it. You can use only one body mesh per gender. However, you can assign body texture from different body replacer(then you will see messed up skin), and make your character wear the clothing items for certain body type.
