I'm in the Lich's hidden lair. I just talked to the Dremora who gave me the directions to get through the maze. i followed the directions (north twice, rest by the tree, south, and east), but it just takes me back to the entrance of the maze. Can anyone help?

i had problems there, which was i would just stand by the tree for a few seconds instead of useing the wait function. this might be your problem but i doubt it

Okay, thanks for the link. It got me through it. Every door I go up to is locked and needs a key though, and I'm fresh out of keys. Where am supposed to get one?

Keep on exploring, look very carefully and umm, try chatting (or something else if that doesn't work) with those you meet.

Ok, I got past that part. Can anyone take a screenshot of where the Pellew Crypt is on the map? I'm following the directions, yet I still can't find it.

How can you enjoy it if you ask for every step of the quest?

Last time I checked, the quest consisted of more than just three steps. I've spent at least an hour looking for it. I always try to figure things out on my own. If i can't, I ask for help.

Try to stick at it mate, you'll feel a lot better when you find it. I actually don't remember exactly where his crypt is right now since I'm at work else I'd try to give you a hint. Make sure you read everything you find and as you've already seen, a lot of it is very dark so you'll need a way to change that and also your life detect.

Heh, i actually found it a few minutes after my last post. I'm inside it now and at the part where you confront the Armor, but he doesn't talk to me like he's supposed to. When I talk to him, he just has "rumors" as the only option. I looked at the troubleshooting guide, and it said that to try disabling all other mods if that happened. I did so, but he still didn't talk to me, and when I talked to him it said "I HAVE NO GREETING". Anyone know what to do?

Your problem, Sir. Is that you TCL'd through the first part of the crypt, the door puzzle. Go back and do it properly, and your problem will be fixed.

Well (I'm guessing that TCL'd means using the unlock code), I did do it properly, but i accidentally did something and it made me start over, and I didn't really want to have to do that again. I'll try that though, thanks

Well, TCL is the 'toggle collusion' console code, but I suppose using the unlock would have the similar effect. But yeah, you need to do the puzzle for it to work.

I Found this Problem in the Walk through also. it says east but that's wrong.you must move to the direction of the sun as the dremora says it.don't go east when it's 8 PM now.Wait by the tree.simply 1 hour wait function or just wait.then move to the direction of the sun.E.G : 12 AM east 12 PM west.
