I've tried uninstalling the mods via OBMM and reinstalling but the armor won't show up anymore. How do I completely "uninstall" a mod so that maybe I can load it up again to respawn the armor?

The item in question is Mizuki Ninja. I was trying to find the all black version to no avail and now I don't even have the original armor (due to it being deleted when I was interchanging the different versions of the mod).

You may need to clean your savegame from all vestiges of the mod, the safer way to do so is:

start the game without the mod... go to another cell, better faraway, go into some interior without NPCs to be safe and save the game. Now, quit the game, activate the mod and reload.

Edit: if for some reason you have items from that mod do this first: include a first step getting rid of them and moving away, save and quit, disable the mod and follow the above.

This procedure will delete possible quest (from your savegame) that place the items ingame so it will start as first time when reloading the game with the mod enabled.
