Coleen's Ironstone Manor is another good one. Has a few cheat items (skill books, and a healing font) that I could do without, and I delete the dog in the CS ("Quit barking, you infernal beast!"), but the layout and decor is decent, and it beats the Waterfront Shack all-to-hell for housing in IC.

Grffin Castle by mr sika is good any one agree?

I'm not to familiar with Mr. Siika, so no opinion there. Sorry.

However, I love Aranmathi. It is a little large for my tastes, but it has all the toys I use regularly extremely close to each other. It also looks very nice, and is fairly dust free for an Ayleid ruin.

However I just found Lemunde's homes and will have to explore them soon. They look amazing, but I don't think there's enough storage for my hoard.

im more into castles

I forget how I was surfing (it was months ago), but I think it was either a jump from Buddah's List-o'-Links, or some jump from the Oblivion Mod Wiki.

that aranmathi looks awsome, but as you said yourself: "and its fiarly dust free for an Ayleid ruin." that might be a bit unrealistic.. but anyways great mod..

i like Belda Elysium, nice simple house mod that fits into the main quest line, with its own Ayleid (however you spell it) ruin

i also use Fort Cooper
tyreil829
yeah fort cooper is quite fun to use now and again

Didn't we just do this?

Ah well, it is still Glenvar for me. I would love to live there as Lord.

One of my consistent personal favorite housemods would be Princess Stomper's Silorn Manor. I love the ayleid ruins in the game in general, and she did her usual incredibly detailed, lovely work on this one. smile.gif I would live there!
mrpwnzer
I'm tied between Frostcrag Reborn and Ancient Towers. I like the Ancient Towers, but Frostcrag has been my home on the 360 version :'(

Not yet but I do have it installed and now that I've done the main quest again I shall be exploring more of the quest mods. It would have to be rather special to beat Glenvar though. heh

I've been house searching as well and it was a tough tie between the Verona house (the non-quested one) and the Belda Elysium. One thing I really liked about Verona is its small villa type setup so I can bring in NPCs and have them "live" there and act like my personal army and villagers. There are also personal Legion guards that roam around to keep your place in order. My only gripe is it suffers what a lot of House mods suffer and that is too much clutter for the sake of taking up space (it goes overboard on display cases and has stacks and stacks of chests everywhere). Belda I really really liked but lacked guest accommodations (there is room for one) and I'm not overly fond of the all Dunmer NPCs. However it's beautiful and I may go back and take that up again as my main home.
tyreil829
shame there isnt a mod like crossroad keep where you run your own castle with villagers...

Carth Onasi
desperado2008
bruma's house for sale mod is my favorite, warm and big enough.
