Well I just downloaded this mod and for what ever reason the hair styles that come with it never show up and thus makes my Mystic bald(male or female) also I don't see the new body textures,and the other hair styles don't work with the normal races ither.

Any help regarding this topic would be great.

I'm going to make a wild guess and say that Ren's is not the only hair, race, eye mod you have installed. Am I right? If I am somehow wrong, and the Deadric god of repetitiveness (that would be the almighty Lord Doitagain) has no hand in this, then I would ask you to check which version of Ren's did you install. One of them is nothing but hair and the other is the complete package with hair, eyes, elves, elves with tattoos, etc. Then check to make sure you activated it in the Data Files menu.

I have installed other one with out a problem(Cute Elves) I downloaded v 1.1 and ive deleted the files and tried adding them back and I use OMM and they have been checked cause it loads the class but not the hair/ body but the eyes and tattoos show up but none of the other stuff, to be honest its very perplexing because every mod I have ever installed(in oblivion and morrowind back in my modding days for that game) has given me this kind or problem. Aslo I'm using the Full one not just the hair.

Well I fixed it apparently the "full one" need to be used in conjunction with the Hair Only part to stop them from being bald anyway thanks for your help.
