After installing DarkUI'd DarN the lootlag (time from pressing the loot button on someone from till the menu comes up) takes about 10 seconds and is really annoying, so i uninstalled it using the instructions said

"1. Delete ALL files associated with this mod.
This can be done rather easily by simply deleting the following folders
Data\Fonts
Data\Menus
Data\Meshes\Menus\Darn
Data\Textures\DarkUI
Data\Textures\Menus\Darn
Data\Textures\Menus\Stats
Data\Textures\Menus50\Stats
Data\Textures\Menus80\Stats

2. Edit your Oblivion.ini to the original font setup:

[Fonts]
SFontFile_1=Data\Fonts\Kingthings_Regular.fnt
SFontFile_2=Data\Fonts\Kingthings_Shadowed.fnt
SFontFile_3=Data\Fonts\Tahoma_Bold_Small.fnt
SFontFile_4=Data\Fonts\Daedric_Font.fnt
SFontFile_5=Data\Fonts\Handwritten.fnt"


I did that, and it deleted everything but the lootlag.

how can i fix it? its really unbearable.

Actually I counted and it took 15 seconds to load.

edit: i renamed the menu folder in the data folder to see what would happen, and the speed went back to normal, i'm going to reinstall btmod and see if it was actually btmod that was making it slower...

edit: ah, it seems it was the larger inventory mod http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View...tail&id=248

damn, i liked that mod, oh well.
