hi i again this isn't really a problem but a fix for that nasty stutter problem. I finally figured it out, all this time i thought it was a hardware problem, but it isn't.

The problem isn't you your video card, it is your network adapter causing in game stutter, after this fix i had a fairly big frame jump .

also somehow how it increases boot times as well, 5secs for me.

how to
---------
1.RightClick "MyComputer"
2.Select "Manage"
3.Click on "Device Manager"
4.DoubleClick on your NIC under "Network Adapters"
5.In the new window, select the "Advanced" tab
6.Select "Connection Type" and manuelly set the value of your NIC. (Not "Auto Sense" which is default.)
7.You should reboot...
