I want to ask how is going the genius MEMOD.
First, no i don't want the excactly date of MEMOD but I would know how far you are (in percent)?

Last, i wish you good luck(means you work without heavy difficultes) and my last question is , Could you post ONE screenshot...i want to see how s the landscape(i know there are different of them)

[sigh] Sorry I didn't catch that D...having problems...anyway! The Daerk on... thread would help, but I know with all that stuff it gets all confusing..and I know im going to get BURNED for this but, this is the last time saying this: There Is NO definate release date, or status on the mod because there are to many factors to consider, the mod is awhile off but it is going pretty smoothly to say the least. Hope that gives some hope lol.

thats a fine question, really..
Of course we know that you cant give us an release date, but something like 50% shouldnt be to hard. Or maybe just tell us that we will have to wait a couple of months.
But....it should be released in December... so it shouldnt be to far from ready....

I think it would be better if they didnt tell us when it was ready but they just randomly popped it on the site one dy and wait for people to notice

Ahh, it doesnt matter... they release it the way they like and everone will notice it, Im sure....

The release date and percentage of mod completion will not be released... This is because if we gave you a percentage like 50% complete for all of the modeling now and in a month it was 51% you would naturally think that no work has been done; This is quite wrong though... MEMod has a ton of models and in one month our modelers might get 50(picking a random number) high quaility models done but this is only a very small fraction of the total models even though thats a lot of work to get all those done. Hope that answers your questions...

also the bad thing about a percentage is the fact that what is left to do might be harder and take longer than what the already did...so therefore if its 50% done, in say 5 months, the other 50% might be more work and take 8 or 9 months...so its kind of superfluous in a way to know how much they have done.

I believe it has been said that the hardest part is over and that progress will proceed faster (comparatively) now. If you reallly need a percentage check the ModDB entry. It is rarely updated (last time updated was in november iirc) but it still has some info and a percentage if you really want it.

Moddb.com says MEmod is 60% complete. Nice...
