Uploading copyrighted content puts the site in an awkward and possibly vulnerable position. Making money off it does not matter, you do not have permission to distribute the material.
as for other files, give me links and if they contain copyrighted material I will set them hidden, download and review them as well.

He has been banned for harassing a moderator in a pm, I was willing to let the uploading of copyrighted material slide when he deleted the file. But it is quite obvious that he dislikes rules and dislikes authority.
