Thai food is my fav, and pretty much anything that falls into that region, like Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Viet., ect...
To really cover it anything with curry in it I love. I'm one of the few people that thinks the smell of curry is wonderful.
To sum it up I'll take food from the Mediterranian, African, Middle Eastern, Indian, South Asian, and the Far East... phew!
... and Dezi I'm with you there with the olive thing, it's a staple, if I can put it in anything I will... <just pass over the fekking jar!>
Caution: May cause embarassment at the groscery store. Have been seen face first in the bulk olive bin.

Just reading this post is making me hungry. I like to try all foods. You have to be open minded when you are deployed to Afghanistan and a local national invites over to have lunch with him.
But italian and mexican food is my favorite

Sushi is pure win when it comes to food. For my senior trip in high school, my parents sent me for one week to stay with any relative in the country. I chose my second cousin who lives on the outskirts of Las Vegas. We went to a 5 star sushi restaurant that was made by Iron Chef Morimoto(sp?). It was awesome. My all time favorite though, has to be a bowl of homemade chicken 'n dumplins. I'll fight to the death for a bowl of those.

Favourite....ehh...hard to pin down. May have to go with anything oriental if I had my druthers.
Have tried amost anything put in front of me, and you all really don't want to know what some of them are.
Love to taste things at least once. If I don't like something, I'll usually try it again after some time just to make sure.

Right there with you on that one. I love to cook and lasagna and chili are my specialties. I've perfected them over the course of ten years. I also like to make a lot of other Italian dishes like stuffed peppers and chicken parmigiana.

We can have curry if you wish. Just tell me what meat you would like in it and which type of rice (egg fried, normal etc) and then dinner will be ready in about 40 minutes (30 minutes if we use uncle bens rice

I've never had moose before (curried or otherwise), though venison is right tasty, and squirrel can also be tasty if cooked correctly, but I'm not much for hunting either.
Not that I'm a poor marksman, quite the contrary, nor am I too squeamish to skin & dress an animal.
I'm very badly colorblind, near-to the level of monochrome vision, and I prefer to avoid the possibility of shooting another hunter, or someone's pet, or any other misidentified target.
I'll just keep to stalking the wild lasagna for now, thank you.
