kisameg
I will buy it after its released and if its worth it
cheulfrasta
I hope it is as good if not better than the previous 2 games
Arandie
Unless the game is modifiable, I will probably not be buying it - for I doubt that the shipped version will have all of the elements I want carried over from the original games.
bluekatt
absolutley not
never botherd with the predecessors
no reason to buy this one either
Nagren
Maybe if my computer can run it or to ps3 if it is realy good.
IronicEcho
Im planning on getting it regardless i of if its modable or not. Though if it is modable, then thats a major plus. It will be a shooter game that I can actually make guns for and have them used as actual guns instead of mikshift staffs!
BalorC23
So far I've loved all of the Fallouts and I'm probably going to get this one so they better not mess this one up
humanbean234
Grampy Bone says "No."
Nemesite
I will be importing it from the US as stupid Australian law prohibits the sale or even advertising of it here.
scalonhulk
Not only am I buying, I've already pre-ordered it. Even if there's no CS for it I'll still play. But a CS would be a huge bonus obviously.
TheAuldGrump
Oh yes. I have been a fan of the Fallout series for many years, glad to see Bethesda picking up the title.

Only if it's moddable, sorry, but no mods take away all the fun for me sad.gif
furtim
It looks pretty sweet, actually, and I dug the other Fallouts.
Roxdad
Fallout was one of most fun old school PC games. I still own both 1 & 2. But when I heard that BethSoft was doing Fallout 3... well let's just say I was over joyed. ;-p
Arachnero
if theres no CS then I Will Buy it for my PS3 but if there is i will Definetly get it for PC.

sadly i never really got to play the original ones.i feal so sad.sad.gif
Galahaut
I'll be waiting to make a decision until after it has been released so I can determine what percentage of the Pete Hines Hype Machine was made up of lies.
Michlo
It doesn't look like my cup of tea but since I've still so much to do in Oblivion I have plenty of time to wait and see how it develops. smile.gif
Cremdogz
Unfortunately, I can't play it, I'm Aussie (and bloody proud) but it annoys me that we can't play it.
Shadowcran
I would like to buy the game. The Game Informer Info made it seem great, but I've very little money and am on a fixed income due to disability, which is why I posted a maybe instead of a yes. I've grown to love Oblivion and Morrowind, and thus that makes me want to trust Bethesda's products. It also helps when people like moderators share great input into a game.
genovauk
I'll Def be getting it CS or not, Although it uses the same engine doesn't it, be it a modified one so I personally would think they will bring an editor out for it they can't not smile.gif
vadermath
heard its gonna be a very cool rpg so yeah ill buy it
haza321
well it looks (judging by trailers) like a newer version of stalker with more to do, i dont quite see how the rpg element is going to work other than 'you have improved accuracy' and all that... although then again its not exactly an elder scrolls series game so its got to be different, although of their expertise has followed through, for instance... did you see those zombies? come on... thats oblivion dudes!!

Overall i might get it just for the hell of it being bethesda, they havent let me down so far... i hope they dont start now!

also it better have mods...new weapons mwuahaha!
Taunts
When i say yes to buy, i mean download XD
kooper41
I am going to buy this of course.

And to everyone who is going to download this illegally:
if you like the game, then buy it!
Monarch_Anor
I am unfortunately only getting this id it has a CS but to all the Australians out there look at this article on IGN

http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/896/896091p1.html

it will be released in mid october
Daniel Von Rommel
@Kooper

I agree, Piracy would be a great thing if people used it only to test games and buy them if they like them, sadly it doesn't work that way for many
Lepus
I already have it on order. I have played all of the Fallouts and thier spin-offs. I have played Oblivion extensively. Fallout 3 can not be anything but a hit for me. I'm just counting the days.

Only if there will be the CS, so that fans will be able to make it an RPG.
Demetriuz
yes
mrpwnzer
Yeah, I just hope that Bethesda doens't screw up Fallout 3. True Oblivion was a great game, but they removed some of the good features (finding awesome loot, some skill levels are gone, combat, etc)
heavenlyfire
i cant wait i am going to get it for PC and XboX 360 because its different experiences it looks awesome also cant wait for "Left 4 Dead" now that's my type of game! lol a little off topic but yea!
Deviancy
If Bethesda uses the same protection Alone in the Dark recently did, no one will be downloading it. No one has been able to properly crack whatever is protecting AITD, which may be for the best. Now a lot of games are crap, but Oblivion, despite it's bugs and crappy seam issue with the necks, is a great a game that seems to go on forever. I'm sure Fallout 3 will be more of the same.. but with guns.
macmert
It is a must buy, I must buy and will buy Fallout 3, I have seen the teasers and seen a few in game movies and the game has become incredible, you can now really see what the nuclear war has done to the planet, the first two games were isometric, so you couldnt really feel the destruction, the atmosphere there...

I also watched an interview with the developers of Bethesda, they said that they were chasing fallout since 2003 biggrin.gif the developers are a huge fan of the series so I think they will not screw this game up...

sinhwa415
thank you
herosinger
Eventually, it will only cost $20. That's when I'll buy it.
somesz
Of course!
johnangel
if it is an fps no if it is an action rpg like oblivion yes
Bullseye732
Fallout 3 looks sweet, btw it's not an fps it's an action RPG, the perfect example is Mass Effect cause the game takes place in 2277, but yes you can say it'll have an Oblivion alike feel. =D
rivnat
I don't have money for the Original... Then... I will download it or buy a pirate version...
elbriano
Fairly sure I'm picking up Fallout, but here's to hoping it has strong immersion and rpg elements rather than just being a shooter.
roguim
Well if cames to Brazil propably yes.

None of the previous games went here.
Echo Icehand
In this age of rpgs the only way to keep a game selling beyond it expectations is to allow freelance modders complete access to it.

The only way to do that is to release a construction set and archieve unpack in the first month of release.
Robo Will
of course im going to buy fallout 3. Ive played and beatten Fallout 1, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics. Each of them was spetacular!! I am crazy about the fallout series and (im sorry oblivion) It WILL shoot oblivion out of the water.
Daniel Von Rommel
If it won't have mods it won't shoot anything out of nowhere.
With mods, maybe
TheEndOfAll
With high hopes for this game, I still have my doubts. They changed alot of the core gameplay to make it a 3d game, but that is to be expected. But if we do get a construction set I'd imagine that we'll have an opportunity to change the gameplay to be more like the originals if so needed. Either way (for good or bad) it's the next Fallout game, and I have to give it a chance after how much I enjoyed the originals.

(As an additional note, when Bethesda originally purchased the fallout rights they didn't buy the rights for the MMO. But thats all changed, so we can possibly look forward to a Fallout MMO from Bethesda in the future. And as I just learned, Interplay is actually developing their own Fallout MMO right now.)
jorekorje
Yes i'm going to buy Fallout 3. I didint try fallout 1 but when Fallout 2 came out, it was great and i played long hour's on it for years, even when i had already beaten the game many times i just continued playing or made a new character. I had lot of good expectations for the next game but unfortunately Fallout tactics was rather disappointing for me. Now that there is Fallout 3 the real followup for the series coming, i believe i can enjoy killing Enclaves again.

Interplay is back? No way... Could this mean a new Descent game as well? I loved the game... I want to see one with modern graphics... ZOMG, im excited...
vadermath
i agree with haza321 bethesda does make great games, but they would eventually get boring without all the great mods
67Stations
Sure, I'll buy Fallout3 but not because I'm a fan of the series or I want to experience Washington DC in the post-apocalyptic future (pretty close to that in reality!) but I'll buy it because I want to give Bethesda more cash for another Elderscrolls installment.
