ive been playing oblivion for quite some time, i have all the official expansions, and several mods, though most arent active. after a random interval of time after starting my game, my characters movement animations stop, and i cannot move, or i move so slowly it appears that i cannot move. Ive tried using the oblivion animation fixer... but that didnt help at all, no matter how many times i used it... my game worked fine until last night, which is when i beat shimmering isles for the first time (just got it one week ago). though i dont think that triggered it cause even when i deactivate all my mods and updates the problem persists. even in vanilla oblivion. and im not sure what to do. please help

i should also add that npcs move normally, and that all my attacks work fine, i can even use running power attack to momentarily speed up, but it is just till the attack animation ends
