I got everything right, but when I right click Bashed patch,0.esp I don't find any "Update Patch". And that makes it so I can't use TNR >_> without it conflicting with my OOO n' MMM.

You want to do the "Rebuild Patch" option, when you right click on "Bashed Patch, 0.esp".
