We're fighting to save our Silky Terrier ,Suzie from dieing from Heat stroke & found out that one of my aunts (a nonsmoker) has been in the hospital for a week already and she most likely need Oxygen for the rest of her life.

The Docs think that her lung cancer has come back.

I just needed to tell somebody.

It is said that we never receive more of a burden than we can carry, in this life. I dont believe that. I hope that you can find the strength to carry yours. Sincerely.

I hope for the best to you and your family, I've felt the pain of loss of a close one far too many times considering my age is only 18.(dad, both grand dads, grandma, uncle & my pet dog.)
Bear it and know that there are people who know the pain you're going through, with experience I can say it never gets any easier and every time is like the first, hopefully things don't come to that for you.

Best wishes to you and your family. I'll keep you in my prayers.

First of all sincerely thank you all for understanding. god bless you all.

Suzie made it through the night & she is a bit wobbly but mobile which is a great improvement over how she was last night.

last I heard, my aunt Ruby has only 20% use of her lungs.

yeah, I'm all to familiar with losing those closest to my heart.

although it is confusing for these things to happen so sudden, the most precious gift you can give right now to her is your time, she will appreciate it more than you know. I cannot count on both hands the loved ones or hours I wish I would have spent with them before tragedy struck. these times try you at any age, my condolences, Skotte

i know how you feel dude i just lost my grandfather to lung cancer about a month ago. i knew he was going to die about 7 months brefore so it didn't hurt as much when my other grandfather just all of a sudden ate a shotgun barrel and my mothers atchual father well i haven't heard from him in several years but last time i cheaked on the SOB(no insult to his mother)he was on oxygen, had arthritus and had a large collection of firearms, knives,and wood carvings.and my mother has in a way a animal graveyard in the backyard more dogs, kittens,and puppies than you will ever have. sad.gif

Well, what all happened since I last posted (in this thread) Suzie is doing well. My aunt does need O2 but it wasn't the big "C" as previously thought though I heard it was a mass of some type.

The bad news,

My Last Grandma passed away just shy of her 93rd Birthday and we (my mother & I) opted to to care for her ailing Pekingese "Buddy" And a few days ago he left this world, he was 16 Years old.

@shadow1513, My condolences sincerely.
<moment of silence>

My mother is also making a bit of a "pet cemetery" here.

Life is fragile & therefore must be cherished.

It is sad that one of realities of life we have to learn,sometimes too early, is that our loved ones will someday leave us.Stay strong.Peace to you.
