I read some stuff saying that theres a way to do the two quests involving Mazoga the Orc in a manner that gets you knighted and not her, leaving her pissed the hell off at you for using her and calling you "a manky sroat". Ive found the journal\dialogue entries for it using the TES Construction Set, so Im pretty sure its not just some story but I wanted to know if anyone knew something about this or better yet, how.

its actually in the next part where you must kill Black Brugo, if you ask her where to find him and then dont bring her along you will only get knighted and she stays in the castle for the rest of the game

It makes no difference whether she goes with you to kill Black Brugo or not. The JE is the same and you both have access to White Stallion Lodge. She will then go off to fight the Black Bows in Undertow and Rockmilk caves periodically. You can check anything like this out in the UESP Wiki.
