Does anyone have either:

A~~~any links to tutorials that can help me design things like masks, helms, and bodies of races from scratch or using a bare moddel?

B~~~any programs i could use or advice on using blender/nifskope. I already know how to design a face using TES CS but i dont know how to color it either. I also wanna know how to make things like horns and tails and custom hair/eyes.

And also i have a few mod requests:

A scream mask (from the movie Scream)

An Alien head (from the movies Alien, Aliens, Alien 3, and/or Aliens: Resurrection)

Well, I am somewhat new to modding, and since i cant make the things i had requests for and i dont know how to make total custom body parts like deleting eyes off of heads and designing it so it looks like a gatekeeper or other things. So i guess yes i am, but i also need tutorials that go past CS with races and dont just use CS because you cant really custom color anything with CS.

Ive been to Construction Set Wiki but i dont know specifics on tutorials that will let me do what i want. So if this is either:

or
B~~~A specific link for a tutorial

Also, to any experienced modders, how do I use Gimp to alter a texture? It says DDS files are unknown to it. I dont really know how to change DDS Files into other things either.

I have DDS Converter, but the Convert option is never really "lit up" as an option. I try to convert textures into JPEGs but i cant. It wont let me click Convert.

My file textures are IrfanView .dds files but it wont let me convert them to img files like JPEGs. Also i have a problem with NifSkope. Whenever I open NifSkope it gives me this error msg:
"This application has failed to start because mingwm10.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
I already re-installed it and i checked the folder for NifSkope and i saw mingwm10.dll right there.

Wait, i may have fixed my NifSkope problem. I Re-installed it again and it ran smoothly, hopefully itll continue running.

Nevermind, the problem is back. Anyone have any advice?

I wouldn't call that bumping. Nothing unfair about moving it up if new information has been made available. Especially after a long time.

Its just the same thing as before. Nif cant find a certain file or somethin.
