What is the best progam for merging mods?
Just curious because I would like to start merging mine so that I do not have any confict issues.

I was interested in this a lot too, I tried downloading it but the install instructions are the most messed up thing I ever seen
Can someone help me get that thing to start up?
I can't find any exe anywhere!

This isn't a real merge though :\
It gives no actual control of the merge, isn't there anything that works a bit like Winmerge does for text files?
