I downloaded this mod awhile ago after playing on the other amazing mods the author has done but it wasn't until recently I joined the mages guild however, I am now the Arch Mage and I know I haven't done any of the quests put in by the mod, so what I need to know is it too late to do the quests? And if not where can I start them?

Some quests will pop-up automatically (like vanilla Oblivion). To get others, talk to people that show up to work at the University that are new. You'll be able to tell who's new after doing some of the automatic quests first.

If you're ready for a very long and very difficult quest, look around in the grassy area where you appear when you first fast-travel to the Arcane University. You'll find something to read.

Edit - Also, go into the new doors inside, which are on the wall opposite from the Mage's Quarters, etc. If you start exploring in these new areas, you'll find a lot of good stuff you can use.

Check out the books, too. Giskard put in a number of skill books to bump up your skills.

I held back from giving you outright 100% spoilers, as I figured you would probably enjoy it more by seeing a few surprises.
