I uploaded this mod early this morning (during the hours this site really gets bogged down for whatever reason) and I DID NOT tell it to turn off comments (I didnt even SEE that option before. I just saw it for the first time when I opened the Add File thing and saw it there)

Anyway comments are disabled and I cant find a place to enable em. I reported the file and said all this but thats been like... 8 hours or so ago and still no comments (either on the file or to me about it)

You cannot turn comments on again after they are turned off. The only option is to remove the file entry and add it again. Sorry

Dark0ne is correct that we cannot attach a thread to a mod page.

I assume the forums was inaccessible at the time the page was created...thus not being able to attach a comment thread. This would be the case if you have a comment tab but no option to add comments. If the comment setting was set to "No" during the initial upload, you will not see a comment tab at all.
