Floydian1 is now banned as requested by himself.

EDIT (for clarification): In a PM to me, he said it would be OK if he were banned and then followed it up with a comment that would ensure he would be banned...to me, this was a request to be banned. It was an odd situation but please know that Floydian1 does not have an option to return.
