I knwo I created the Kvatch Ruby topic and I could of posted this question in that topic, but I was hoping more people would see it therefore more people could answer my question if i had it's own topic.
My question is where are the bandit clans camps? I've looked in the county of Bruma area and I couldn't find anything, I also look North-west of Bruma in the Jerall Mountains but still nothing. Have I gone straight over them?
Talos II
There aren't any Horme bandits in Cyrodiil, if that's what your talking about.
Arnyboy
Its just that theres a quest called skyrim bandit clans, involving three bandit clans from skyrim in cyrodil and you have go to find out why they are in cyrodil, but I don't know where to find more information about the quest.
Talos II
Well that was mod-added, it's not vanilla.

This quest is from Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul. In theory you learn about that quest when you read the notes spread all over the walls of Bruma.

Arround Bruma you'll find Skyrim Bandits. After killing them you'll find a note on their body giving you some hint on the whereabouts of the camps:

SPOILER AHEAD
You should NOT read what follows...you have enough informations with what's above...

The first camp is North west of the Harmeus Mora Shrine OUTSIDE the regular Cyrodiil Map....
The second camp is North Est of Dragon Claw
