I bought Risk last week but haven't had a chance to play it as my brother doesn't like games more complicated than Monopoly. Saw that the DOOM board game is marked down 50% so I might buy that next.

Well I would say D&D but with a great DM... The D&D is still is the best, but Risk might get the second price if you play with diplomacy

If you think you know how to talk your way out of tight situations try Risk with diplomacy involved

Yea I got started on D&D a few weeks ago and it's really cool. I'm a lv 4 female assassin. Bad choice. Dudes hit on my character while i slip them poison or throw an explosive dart over there shoulder. Deadly stuff. I've "died" like four times.
Once my friend called a ranger a horse F***er and was shot around the corner in the dark. Died.
Yeah.

lol

have fun dude, I hope your DM is a creative man cause if your DM is not creative about writing the quests, help the characters develop ond stuff, the game gets boring, it turns into hack n slash games... Personally I hate power play and love to play low lvl games which involve roleplay much, I hate to fight my way out of tight situations...

Yea he is very creative. I got a hand crossbow that was modified to shoot 5 bolts a turn at low range, low noise and medium power.
