I was justr wondering if mmemod will include both orcs and uri-kai or will i only be able to play as one or the other

Also i kno this may hav already been covered in a previous post but will goblins be available as a playble race or as just beast races

No, there will be no Evil Races to play as. Since not much is known about the races of Orcs and their customs, societies (if any) etc.

I think that you really didn't look up the other posts, so for your sake and the sanity of the Devs and Teamsters, please use the search function and read the 'Daerk on...' threads and FAQ.
