I saw a few screen shots, about two months ago, where it showed the screen would be hit with indavidual rain drops when ever it rained and they would slide down just as if you were watchin it threw a window. Does anyone know where this mod is?

I Though this was already built into the game as i have it without any mod, but i do play the game on the highest setting possible so that could be why try turning you graphics up but im not totaly sure
