I just thought id randomly say about my username. I was tired and bored when I thought it up and every name i used it was already made . So i just thought "Lip". Completely random isn't it . LOL!

I chose my username because all the others I wanted was used too, then BANG, week after joining I get a great idea for a username, but alas, too late.

As mundane as the word "lip" is, somehow the username is quite original.

You think yours is bad? ;P Take a look at mine, I had been using DLC(Initials of my first RP character ever on the adventure quest forums.[Quit lurking there a few years back.]) as a nickname for quite long, but then came the damn official plugins for oblivion and their prefix just happens to be the same, DLC. You have no idea how much it bothers me now. xD Anyway, at least your name is original and that's what counts eh?

I have heared a lot weirder, Trust me.

I came up with mine after the name I usually use was taken by someone else on here (FireStar ).
So I cam up with my current one by combining two things together. I am a Gamer and my last name is Bird.

Cool . Lol. Just I always see my username and I keep thinking, "Why the heck did I pick that?! ".

i got my name from (obviously) the song Knights Of Cydonia. But now looking bak on when i made this account i think of how much easier i could of made it.... the '_'s r really annoying

Well my user name came from my real name, Leo Xan Alder.

So when thinking up a name I thought hmmmmmm........how about...........XanAlderon

And it stuck.

Mine came from a snippet of dialogue in Alan Moore's Watchmen.

Ho, I have a bunch of character names (some I use as username like the current one) that have "meaning" only in my native language (portuguese) and are untranslatable, like:

Nosisab Ken Keleh - The one nobody knows, or the unknown one - The very first character I created for a RPG game and he grew beyond control and lo, he can't ever be used again unless as NPC. Mage

Lathra Dukesseu - Thief of what is yours - Thief, of course

Eladora Sorrezah - She worship praying - Someone thought cleric?

John Defoe Kevin - Although a seemingly normal Breton name it sounds like the question: Where I came from? in my idiom pronounce and pace - Jack of all trades.

Magalee Takunada - (the first, a female name, means Mage Lee) and Takunada sounds like worthless - A char designed to be like "Presto" from the Dungeon and Dragon Cartoon, or that delicious priestess henchman character from NWN game, Linu La'Neral - Thief/Mage

Groobaldo Takatunda - not an inventive name, I think the muses were away when I created this one. The name suggest a dumb "tank" fighter and so is he.

"Ethre" just sort of came to me one day. Not certain where from, but I looked it up on Google a while ago to see, and it appeared to be quite unique. There was this girl in Slovakia ( ) . . . but not otherwise. Unfortunately, some punk seems to have appropriated it for his WOW account recently.

My name is a combination of my nickname, and a word to make it unique as Sniper is most likely to be used. Plus it's kinda generic.

I used to go by the name Sniper!!(Where?) but since that name is rather character unfriendly, I shortened it to Sniperwhere and have used that since.

Some call me Sniperwhe after an online game server severed the last two letters of my name.

So... yeah.

Exanimis or Exanimus are Latin. Both mean Lifeless. Now maybe you can see the irony of a signature that has life between lifeless

Lip on the other hand is one of the most original user names I've ever seen and I don't think you should ever change it.

I kind of wish that my username were a bit different. It all started back during my "Halo" days... *Sigh* Good memories... Anyways, my username on Halo was "Gman-021" Now I didn't want to make my username comlicated, so I did all lowercase letters with no spaces.

I chose my name, because my last name starts with a "G," and I am male, hence the "man" part. And "21" is my favorite number. The "0" before hand, once again dates back to my Halo days. All SPARTAN II's in the extended Halo Universe contains a 3-Digit ID code. So, I came up with "gman021."

I probably could have come up with something a little more creative, but eh. Whatever.

In comparison, a name is well a title, something you go by, i collect names. and philosopher101, was an original idea at the time. the originl original idea was philosophy101 but that was vetoed y myself after a long debate, somewhat unoffically making me the 101th philosopher. In any case, yr name is perfectly fine, but it isn´t th kind of thing i would use. but then again i don´t even know who i am. I just have a noeook somewhere with aout 100 names people genuinly consider to be my identiy, so you to all of us now shll forever moe be know as lip.

I seem to always take two words and put them together. I can't really think of anything clever.

This one I came up with originally for Tribes 2. I thought that "Savage" and "Artistry" were two words that in a way conflicted and would make a cool name together. Later I found the name kind of appropriate for my web site because I'm a graphic artist and I like to create dark imagery.

I was playing Rise of Nations as the Germans around the time I registered here. I am just glad I did not think of a worse username at the time I registered (yes, I have done that) and that I was able to get one without numbers, which is simply a personal preference of mine.

My name isnt very original. I got the idea from Starcraft (anyone remember that one?), there was this one unit that said "Power Overwhelming" when you clicked on him. I thought it sounded cool, and *bang* now its my second most frequently used nickname. The 3 came because overwhelming was taken the first time i tried to use the name. I never bothered to try overwhelming after that for simplicity. Sorry for such a long post. Anyways, good luck with the Nexus.

After reading 'Good Omens' I started to really like the name, and it has become my frequent username (along with Eibbor).

The 001 is because just 'AzirAphale' didn't work first time round and AzirAphale1 or AzirAphale01 just didn't look right. Plus I think it sounds cool. "The names Aphale. Azir, Aphale..."
