okay i want to download Deadly Reflex but when i click FILES its like 10 files with 0_4, 40_0, 0_, and such after the name DEADLY REFLEX. do i have to download ALL of those files? or do some of the files do certain things? like one file for decapitation and another for neck stabbing or what?

if u want to just download the latest DR and you can download the extra boing head and what not.no you dont have to download all of the files.
