So, I don't get a lot of computer games... I just got oblivion today for the PC so I can mod, as I beat it on 360... I installed it and when I Play, It just says Oblivion has encountered a problem and needs to close... Anyone know what I need to do?

We are going to need a lot more information on your hardware system and your operating system to answer your question.
Is there anyway you can post a list of your computer components?
We will also need to know which operating system you are working with as that can make a big difference.
There is an option setting on the intro screen where you may need to set your video environment.
It would also be useful to know if you have applied any of the official patches for the game.
Basically, you're getting what's called a CTD or crash to desktop error.
So many things could be causing that that we really need to know a lot more about your system before we can solve your problem.

I don't really know... I thought my computer met minimum requirements though... <.<
This is just copy paste; don't know if it's what you need... <.<
If it doesn't what are my options? I really don't think I can afford a new computer... <.<

Welcome to the Tesnexus
510 meg of ram is extremely weak. (are you sure it wasn't 512? still very weak) Plus your video only shows 96 meg of memory. Either of these can cause poor performance and CTD errors.
Your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements shown on my package
WinXP You have Winxp pro - better than needed.
510M ram 512 meg is very marginal - 1 Gig or more is needed 2 Gig is much better.
2GHz Intel P4 or equivalent - your 2.80 GHz is OK
128 Meg Direct 3D compatible Video card and direct x9.0 driver - 96 M is not close enough - if it runs at all
it will be with very poor graphics.
Plus, you need to realize that the PC will not be as stable as your 360. Even the best systems crash sometimes. That is the trade off for having a much more versatile game (and lots of other stuff) platform.
My recommendations, Add Ram - at least up to 1 gig
Replace the video board with a newer one - be sure to get one that will work in your computer. One with more than the minimum amount of video ram - at least 256meg, 512 is much better. If you need more info on video boards, I'm sure that the people here will be glad to give you their recomendations on which board to use.
With those improvements you should be able to play the game.
Other recommendations would be to clean and defrag your hard drive before trying to play again.

I would recommend a 512 card. I have an ATI 9550 Club 3D 256mb and the game runs very slowly.
The quality is very poor at lower settings but I must thank tha maker of Natural Environments for the mod as it boosts the visuals at low hardware costs. So basicly the game runs at lower settings and still looks cool.
I doubt that at 96mb the game would run because as I said I have 256 and the performance still lacks.
Cheers

I'm not sure what my computer has either but I know it's a pretty decent one and I have problems running the game. I'm able to run any other game I have at 1280x780 but for oblivion I need it toned down to 800x600 and I need to completely remove the grass and drop the tree distance to 1/4 of the slider in order to run outside without lagging.
Edit: I have a Nvidia GeForce 7300 LE grafix card that's about all I know about my comps stats off the top of my head.

even at one gig, with mods your going to have problems,I run 3 gig in mine at max rez,see my screenies here and at nexus, under "Star Rider I and II". The right equiptment makes all the difference and yours unfortunately is pushing the envelope a bit!. Defrag and also run a harddrive file cleaner will help.I belive windows is now at pak 3,but I may be wrong.

Your computer isn't quite up to the job I'm afraid, try buying some more memory and a newer graphic card would help...
I run on Athlon 4000 Dual Core 3 gigs of RAM and a Geforce 8600, can play on 1280 X 1024 with all settings high and looks great also runs smooth too.

The graphics appear to be integrated graphics by Intel. Oblivion was never engineered to run with those. More than likely, that's hard-wired in, and even if it could be disabled, you probably don't have a slot on your motherboard for an actual 3rd-party graphics card like nVidia or ATI.
Your Dell PC sounds close to the entry-level Dell I had before I bought the XPS 600. You'll wind up doing the same as I did. I had to give my old Dell to someone, then I bought one that (at the time) had the latest graphics technology, and enough RAM to play every game on the market.
Hard drive free space factors in as well. Some people who have a heavily-modded Oblivion are storing as much as 12 GB in just the Bethesda Softworks folder alone. You don't want to fall into the thought that 12 GB isn't much, because you have to factor in the Windows directory, as well as all of the other 3rd-party software you plan on installing.
My \Program Files folder holds 48 GB, and that's with old files compressed.
You might want to see if Service Pack 3 is available for your version of XP. It was for mine (Home Edition). At some point Microsoft will stop issuing fixes for Service Pack 2 (they already have for SP1 and back).
