Might it be 'Fat Tuesday'? It's not really celebrated in the UK. And really, isn't the place to be Rio?

"The Place to Be", as you put it, malchik, would either be in Rio de Jenaro or New Orleans, on Bourbon Street. Would be beter here, liquer laws are harsher elsewhere (IE, you can drink on the streets here).
EDIT (in the name of my dark lord): But you still have to be 21 to drink.

Heh, better to go to Cologne, the parade's already on Monday, but you can drink stuff with few alcohol with 16 and liquors as soon as you're 18+ ;D

yeah...and, people who see girls flash people for beeds: that is where they are drunk, on the streets (which would mean bourbon street down here), and at night. Sometimes during the season its a little cold too

Ah, the best part of it.... that and the people who post them online and ensure a constant supply for the rest of us.... Got to love a holiday celebrated like that!

Good question, I'm aware of "Lent", but what is "lint" (aside from accrued thread matter in one's pockets)?

Is it my fault I dont know how to spell my own dad's catholic holy days of obligation? The whole reason that tuesday exists is so that people can have one last day of celebration before Lent.
on second thought, don't answer that question.
