So I've just finished making my PC the other day, tried my best to make it pretty. One problem tho, with Rens Face mesh, the upper lips looks too sharp like this.
What could I do to make the lips natural?

You could always go to the console and type showracemenu then change it again.
give her a big fat love lip which is so huge that you wont notice it anymore... like angelina jolie for example...
id say make a save... console:
enable racemenu
and play around with the lib and tone settings abit until youre happy...

Perhaps try using the Construction Set and switching her race's face mesh to Ren's head mesh 2 and see how that works? (Assuming right now she's using head mesh 1, that's what it looks like ... either way just try the opposite one).
