Ive finally reached skaal village, bt i used all my healing potions just trying to get there. I can only find the smith in the village, is there anywhere i can buy healing potions?

yes it is just go inside the houses.

The house is Bronrod the Roarer's house. He is the village healer.

Do yourself a favour. Get something enchanted with constant effect levitate. It'll get you over those rapidly respawning Ricklings etc. If the constant battles appeal don't worry but I'm afraid I find them monotonous rather than challenging. Also if you complete the mages guild quests in MW and get the Necromancer's amulet (or create your own equivalent) you'll not need to carry anything like as many potions. The shield of Eleidon's ward is also good but heavier than the potions. You have to do a lot of running around in BM, it's worth getting properly kitted out at the beginning.

thanx! where is this shield? im nt part of the mages guild so i cant get the amulet, bt i can trying stealing it off the owner, who has the amulet? (and what does it do)

Trebonius (Arch-mage in vivec) has the ammulet. what it does: spell absorption, restore health, reflect, and fortify int. CE.

Trebonius, archmage in the Mages' Guild Vivec has the amulet. It restores health continuously. (You can make your own but it has other effects as well, all useful.) The shield Eleidon's ward can be found in the cave of Ibar-Dad west of the Daedric ruin that is itself just west of the Urshilaku camp. The cave has quite a lot of good stuff in but several Daedric summonings guarding them. Good luck. Better move this to spoilers now.
