While I was in Mournhold, I was on a mission when I went into this guys masion and he had a Robot Arena and asked me to get more parts. I said no and now the guy won't let me do the mission is there anyway I can be able to do the mission. Help Please?

Why did you say no if you actually wanted to do the quest?
Reload a saved game if you have one before you said "no" to him.
If you don't have one, you can try entering the following journal entry that indicates that you said "yes."

Note that you have to get three Dwemer cogs and ten pieces of scrap metal.
If that journal entry doesn't work, type in this...

to indicate that you have delivered the cogs. That should allow you to pregress with the rest of the quest.
Okay ill do that the only reason I said know I was in the middle of another quest.
