I think the only thing you'd need to do is get a Nord and increase his/her scale.

and the beard the tattoos and the armor

all u need is the scale incresed the beard is not really needed

true there are mods that can do that but then there is the armor

Well, plenty of Beard mod out there, there is the awesome Tattoo Armor and as far as the armour goes? There is that Barbarian shop mod..

Then scale the bastdard to your liking and go play.

that could be a way but i think it would be cool to have it all together in a single mod
