I don't mean just the aeylid structures(which have been done by someone else), I also mean the outside of the "ruins",the forts and the under-the-IC sewers and the jails, and the CharGen dungeon walk.
Like just after they let you follow them through the hole in the wall, the area after the wall falls down and the rats head-butt you to death, that is if you die that way,
There are walls suggesting stone walls, wood beams holding everything up. But I would like it cleaned up and look as if a professional, modern construction crew had just finished building it.
New steel chains and manacles hanging from the walls.
I also think it would be cool to have iron doors instead of gates on the cells.

OT I think that it's odd that you have light streaming in from the "window" at anywhere from 8pm to 6am.(just an observation.)

There ought to be an urn in the cells as a chamber pot even if you never actually use it.

OT just another observation: this piece of dialog makes no sense to me:"My sons are dead aren't they?...We don't know that,etc....No they're dead, I know it.
Then why did he say anything at all? but this has nothing to do with the "urban renewal project" request so I'll stop digressing.

Forgot the technical name, but it's a cheap way of forcing exposition into the game. Kinda like how long time team members ask eachother about their pasts in an attempt to create some backstory, when you would imagine that those people already know what they're asking about because they've been working together for years.
