hi,
I alwys wondering why in oblivion there isn't doors and chests trapped like in Morrowind?
It will be great if there is a system of defusation of these traps (like in Morrowind) with a new item.

I am not sure but someone asked for this before and it was declared that is is not possible... I am not sure thou...

It's possible, just not practical as it would need scripts attached to doors, or atleast scripts that work off parented doors, to accomplish the job. OOO has trapped chests though.

I'm not even sure Script Effects run on non-actors...

Hmm, maybe a mimic monster can be added into that list of traps. It's not very often that a treasure chest bites you as you try to get it's treasure.

As for it's way of patrolling and sight:
- Making it's sight range to a minimum and edit it's ai so it doesn't budge until it is activated by a player (like if you are invisible and try to talk to bandits).
