I made a new NPC and pick what he sold and how much money he has, then placed him where I want him but there is no 'Barter' option. Theres probly one little button I over-looked can some one tell me where or how to make them able to barter.

Make sure you made your NPC a "trader Service" class- they have an automatic Barter option. Otherwise, go into his dev menu and check the boxes of the things you want the NPC to buy/sell.

Go to NPC's AI menu.

Make sure you have unchecked "Auto calculate stats" !
