Ok i've been looking for a good armor based off of the Valkyrie Profile Games. I suck at modding and i don't want to download stuff that i could never find out how to use. Any one want to make one? i know there are a lot of really good modders out there that can do it in a couple of days. notify me if you plan on doing it. Thanxs in advance.

i can't find a back but it's just a solid back like iron armor. but here are the legs.

There was another post asking for this already, they were guided to an armor set called "AT shiki armor". Check that out if you haven't yet. Unless you put the photos side-by-side, it's almost perfectly modeled after Lenneth's armor. I'm not sure if that was on purpose or not, but unless you are really picky, this will probably work for you. On a side note, that picture of the Lenneth figure, where is it from? Or do you actually have it? I ask because the only VP figures I've seen are really small, this one looks different.

yeah i know about the shiki armor and in the screen shots it looks like it but in game it really doesn't that much. and no i don't own it i just googled valkyrie profile and i found it in images.

just a little to try and make this noticable but: If you are willing to make this, please make a post saying you are so that i don't think this idea is a waste of the internets space. If you like the idea but are not willing to make it leave a post saying you would like to see it made. hopefully if we get enough people someone made make it. If you are willing to make it but the pictures i already posted aren't enough, tell me so i could add more. thanks everyone.

I would be willing to make it, but I'm not sure how long it would take. I have practically no experience at all, but I do have Blender/ Nifskope. That being said, I would surely be interested to see the real version of it made by an experienced moddeler. The only thing I would really change from the Shiki armor is the helmet, and I kind of wanted to have those floating pauldrons she has in-game. Anyway, until someone else decides to try, I guess I'll see what I can do. Wish me luck!

er, not to be a nitpicker; it's probably not even relevant... but i'm a pretty big fan of the VP series, and those two pictures are not Lenneth, they're of Silmeria, the youngest of the 3 Valkyries. (Silmeria's blonde, Lenneth has blue hair, and Hrist has black...)

Yeah i know and i don't care all that uch who it's based off of. but if i remember lenneth has blue armor, silmeria purple, and i don't remember hrists armor. i would prefer silmerias though.

You're right, I guess that is Sil, pretty much the same armor though right? Since they are basically the same, both being Valkyrie.

P.S. When you say the same color, do you mean the more slightly purple version? sorry, I am sort of color-blind to some shades.

Hey, does that post mean you think I forgot about you? Sorry, like I said, I just have practically no experience with modelling. I have worked down the sort of upper-chest plate part, running into difficulties, I thought I should try to check a few blender tutorials. If I can get gauntlets and boots, or the helmet done first, I'll upload them seperately. That way you can have something to play with, please be patient though, I am kind of specific with these things and want it to look really nice. I'll try to let you know what's going on, though. Also, if I can get it going, I'll probably end up trying to make at least the two armors (Lenneth's and Silmeria's). They are only slightly different, but if I can make one, I can make the other. Also I will try the sword shown in most of the concept art. As I understand it, weapons and such are a lot easier to start with, so that may get the ball rolling. Alright, I will try to work hard on this for the next few days to make up for the slack. See ya soon.

sorry it wasn't about be impatient igy was about putting this post on the front page so people could notice it and maybe help you out. and i know how frustrating it can get, i suck at modding too. i really am thankful for your help.

Yeah the armor is quite difficult, but I've been trying to get the sword done, it looks pretty good, just gotta finish it up and test it. I'll be trying until it makes me mad enough that I have to stop. But I will finish this if it's the last thing I do! Actually, if I finish this, it should be the first thing I've done.

I would love to see this mod created. It would be especially good if Freya's outfit was created.

i agree about freya but i don't want to push the guy. he's doing a great job so far just for trying to help.

Okay, update time. Don't get too exited though! Basically, I have managed to export the sword, after much, much hardship, and get it to work in-game. Now that the basic idea of modelling and exporting has worked, I'll go back to the armor. I know you are anxious to see this thing work out, and I wish I was better at it, but hopefully I can at least put a working version out there and maybe some one can retexture, or tighten it up. If anybody looks here and is good at texturing, I would be interested in tips, or just help with the texture itself. My sword ended up looking like it was from a saturday morning cartoon, but I was just excited the thing worked without crashing the game. I'll be working from the Shiki armor, since going from scratch did not work out so well, so 95-99.9% of the credit will be due to A-type 2 (I believe that's the modders name). So go back and play a little VP while you wait, and I will update any "progress" I make.

PS, what kind of scripting are you looking for?

Sweet! thanks man your the best. I don't want to bug you cause your doing so much as it is, but i'm having trouble with a quest script. i'm trying to make it where when you add a certain item, a journal log shows up.(aka new stage of the quest)

Yeah I am. I'm also adding a new race.But i figured the scripting out so no problems. And the textures and meshes for the new race are borrowed from a different mod. I got permission so no problems. When the armor is done i'm going to release it on nexus as well as add it as an attachment here.

dude i have three rouge valkyries already. if able too have the rouges were black while you were purple.that's my idea atleast. right now they are wearing deadric armor.
