Hello, all. When adding comments & ratings to a mod, you have the option of "Go to forum thread". Yet in order to do anything, you have to log-in (again).

I offer this suggestion to DarkOne, LHammonds & Buddah: Make a programming change to where, if you log-in to one, the software checks for a membership on the other website. If one is present, you're automatically logged-in on both TESNexus & the Nexus Forum.

It's a bit of a reach, requiring a person that's already logged-in to their account to have to log-in again, especially when one domain ties you into the second (mod comments).

You're already adding comments into the thread when you're rating a mod, or asking a question, so why not take the next logical step? Have us logged-in to both websites so we can cross over from mod comments to sending a PM without having to break stride for an unnecessary re-login session.

If a person uses one name on TESNexus, and a different one on this website, then the software simply checks the person's actual name.

Apologies if this has been posted before, but it seems to me (since the same people are running both websites) that the log-in could be more user-friendly by having us logged-in on both.

Buddah or LHammonds: You can close this topic. I found some answers in another topic. Thanks.

Probably Browser configurations, if you have cookies disabled or set to clear on close of firefox, you loose your login.

go to tools, options, privacy and ensure you allow cookies for this site, keep cookies till they expire, mine is set to accept 3rd party cookies as well.

Private data, make sure it is not set to clear on close of firefox.

When you have it configured hit ok.

Close firefox, then launch and see if you are still logged in.

Also on passwords, go to tools, options, security and ensure you have enabled password saving.
