First off, check your link, it may just be some new kind of ad or something, but clicking it appears to give access to your account messages. I didn't open it so I'm not sure what that is.

As for your eye problem, I can not read your list of mods (it is too bright for my eyes), but the picture you provided is of a widely known issue.
Googly eyes
black eyes
no eyes
backwards eyes
cocked eyes
crossed eyes
rolled eyes
missing eyes/hairs (from selection in character creation)
and almost every other eye-related problem are almost always the result of using too many mods that contain new eyes and new hair styles.
How many is too many? More than one is too many and will cause conflicts. Unless you take steps to make them compatible, you can usually only use one hair mod and one eye mod.
I'm willing to bet that you were already using one, and your new demon race contains more. Even though the new stuff is only for that new race, it will still conflict.

Either move other race mods before BP, or you'll need to do some renaming of nif files. This is an issue related to Nequam's eyes, which is included with Beautiful People. Basically, Nequam's eyes is a mod which changes all the default races to use an eye model which supports slightly more detail. The textures used for the eyes are mapped differently than the normal eye textures. Since this mod also replaces the default eye textures, it causes anything linked to the standard eye models to have this look. The easiest way I've found to fix this is by taking the meshes from Nequam's folder, and renaming the files to what the game is using by default.

Basically, copying the humanEyeLeft.nif from Oblivion\Data\Meshes\Characters\Nequam\eyes along with the .egm and .egt files

putting it in \Oblivion\Data\Meshes\Characters

And then Renaming it EyeLefthuman.nif. Changing the names of the .egm and .egt files to match.

Repeat the same process for the right eye.

Ive tried in so many ways that im getting tired of this...
Are you sure its like this?
Ive tried to copy and rename the files into nequam/eyes and to characters, but still, even done in many ways, it wont work

The list of mods you show is alphabetical, not in load order. (unless you load them alphabetically) To see your load order, look at the list in OBMM

To post the load order, see this from my help files:

How to get a load order list to post using OBMM

A load order list is needed for troubleshooting - The list in the Oblivion data list is not always in the order that things are actually loaded.

How to get your load order list into a post using OBMM

If you don't have OBMM, it is a great tool for managing mods as well as moving them in the load order and finding certain kinds of conflicts. It has many other capabilities, but this post is just to show how to get the load order list into a post for troubleshooting.

First, of course you have to have OBMM (Oblivion Mod Manager) it's available free from the author's site here: http://timeslip.chorrol.com/

Look in the column on the left side, find the heading “Oblivion mod manager”
To download, click on the download just below the heading.

A new page will open with a list of different ways to install – pick the self installer.
Save the file, the best place is a separate folder you make mine is on the desk top and is oblivion downloads\OBMM. The main folder is called Oblivion Downloads. Then a subfolder inside that is called OBMM)

After it has downloaded, open that folder and find the file you just downloaded. It will be named obmm.zip. Click on it to start the install. It should automatically find your Oblivion and install itself in the right place. It will also give you the option of creating a desktop icon, a Quick launch icon. I recommend only the desktop icon.

Then the options for associating files – select all of these.

When it finishes installing, OBMM will start automatically.

It will start with a list of your mods on the left pane in their current load order. Active mods will be checked and inactive will have an empty check box.

To copy the load order, look on the right, you will see a box with 'Import/Export'. Click that.
Then select the first option, 'View Load Order'

A new window will open with only your active mods listed in their load order.

Use your mouse to highlight the entire list, then left click on the highlighted list.

A box will open with Cut, copy paste.

Select copy – DO NOT SELECT CUT!

Now you can close the window and close OBMM (This might take a few minutes as OBMM takes a while to close.)

Go to where you want to put the load order list – I recommend creating either a text document or a word processing document and naming it load order and the date
(load order 6-22-08.txt)

Then open that document, place your cursor at the beginning and right click. Select paste.

This should copy your load order into the document.

Now, to get the load order into a post, open the forum, find where you want to place the load order list and paste it. The copied text will be inserted where you place the mouse cursor.

Can someone see if is there any problem with the load order?
ApocalypticBiscuit
HAHAHAHAH OMG HILARIOUS.... sorry, i have a knack at laughing at people's misfortune. but i would definately check the liability of your mods (dirty mods) and check on google or something if theres a clash between some mods......good luckl eh

Yes, you have BP and rens both loaded. Yes, you have your demon race and another race mod loaded at the end, Race mods should always be within the first quarter of your load list, with the more encompassing one (BP) loaded last. However this won't fix your eye issue because that race is likely setup to use the standard eye model, rather than Nequams. Don't know what kind of renaming you did, but you obviously did it wrong. Not talking about anything within the .nif file, talking about just the nif file. Dunno where you got the "tri" part from unless you were opening it in nifscope, which was not what I had said. You need to just change the file names and locations so that when it is trying to find the eye mesh for your race, rather than using the default, it finds nequams files which have been renamed to the defaults.
graffiti36
Well i actually tried many times, though it wont work... wallbash.gif
So ive decided to print the characters and nequam/eyes folders from the meshes folder...
Here it is:

Now could u draw it in the pircute so that i could now what files i should rename and move whistling.gif
( i know it humiliating but i did tried the whole day)

thanks.gif
graffiti36
Ok, i got a way to do it, i just modified eyes of all races to one default so this way it will work...
One more thing, how do i change or make new birth signs?

using tes construction

First try:

Crete a ability called BSDemon with fortify magicka 200
Then created a birthsign called The Demon
Moved BsDemon to birthsign effects...

After this it wont work cuz when i choose it ingame the birthsign will keep the previous one and wont let me click done
Vagrant0
New birthsigns don't really work.

As for the eye issue, why are they associated with notepad. Enable file extentions within the file name for christsake. The little descriptions windows makes based on what you associated with the file aren't reliable. Anyway, you'll need to move EyeLefthuman and EyeRighthuman, all the files which are named that, to the Oblivion\Data\Meshes\Characters directory. Keeping them in the Nequams directory won't do anything.
graffiti36
Ok... I hope u dont get mad...
How do i enable file extensions?
The eye thing , im gonna try it tomorrow (need to sleep)

About the tes construction, isnt it possible to edit races ? cuz while ingame the atributtes will be like in default...

And thanks for you patience thanks.gif
Vagrant0
Not mad, not even annoyed. I just made more of an expression about it because having file extentions shown is one of those things that tends to make moving around, renaming, or working with files a whole lot easier. And in my opinion, hiding them is one of the dumbest things Windows ever did since it tends to hide the actual nature of some files, which can at times lead to the downfall of the user. It's handled in Tools > Folder options. Under the View tab, "hide extensions for known file types" (or whatever they tried to translate it to in your case). If you're using Vista, it might be in a slightly different area, but should essentially be the same.

Can edit races, but since you have several race mods, it isn't advised since you essentially have one mod overwriting another, overwriting another. Birthsigns are an entirely different story.
Mythicdawn07
i had the same problem just move the elebrate eyes to the bottom of the load order worked for me. or if you dont have elebrate eyes just do the same with any other eye mods your using.
valqanthiaz
Hello All,

I have the same problem (missing/black eyes on all NPCs after having installed the BP mod). However, I don't have any other eye/race/character mods activated, and in following your instructions for renaming/moving the Nequam files found that I have no such folder - anywhere in my Oblivion files. In fact, I have no "eyes" folder at all in any subfolder.

Possible bad download? But even so, I'm still perplexed by not having an "eyes" folder in either meshes or textures as a default. BTW, am running in Vista.

Certainly will welcome thoughts...

Thank you
