I have Morrowind for PC and I now have the second stronghold. The guy that builds your house wants you to hire workers and heal the Kwama Queen. I have done both and the miners don't come. Help Pleaz!

It does matter if you do not get the journal entries for recruiting the miners. If you got the entries after recruiting them, but they do not show up, then you can continue to progress with the stronghold construction, just with the bug of the miners not appearing.

Perhaps you missed the miners- they appear by the mine, not by your stronghold.

Okay thanks. I checked and the miners were not out side so i'll just have to get an upgraded stronghold.
